White label app strategy development for a mobile operating system provider

 

Project background:

One of the leading mobile operating system provides wanted to find common mobile use cases to quickly increase their app catalogue.

What we did:

We helped  to identify the market segments (e.g. tourism, public transport, urban administrations) that offered common mobile use cases, a high market potential and low competition in EMEA. Addressable market sizes and potential market capture have been evalutated for each of the selected mobile use cases / market segments. Based on the project results client started a “white label” app development effort providing plug&play solutions for selected target groups.
