R2G launches new global survey: Telemedicine solutions for patients: User experience and barriers

R2G launched a global survey that explores how patients are using telemedicine solutions to enhance their access to healthcare. The survey aims to understand the impact that telemedicine has had on patients´ lives especially during the COVID-19 times. We ask patients about their telemedicine experience, the challenges they faced using the solutions, and what can be done to improve telemedicine services.

The new global survey focuses on the impact of telemedicine on the patients in the digital healthcare industry: acceptance level and barriers for telemedicine solutions.

The survey aims to answer questions such as:

  • What is the patient’s motivation to opt for telemedicine solutions?
  • What features of a telemedicine solution are most likely to appeal to patients?
  • What type of telemedicine solution providers are preferred by the patients?
  • What barriers and challenges have the patients faced during the use of telemedicine?
  • How is the use of telemedicine going to change in the next 2 – 3 years?

The survey targets patients in different countries who have used telemedicine solutions to access healthcare. It will be open till October 15th 2020.
