Together with one of the top management consultancies we were analysing the market for connected medical devices. Medtech manufacturers are increasingly connected. Digital transformation is impacting the business models, internal organisational structures and strategic partnerships of medtech companies.
The goal of the project was to produce insights into this changing market segment.
