A world leading technology company launched an app platform. The app platform was build to compete with the leading platforms of Apple, Google and Blackberry. The goal was to attract similar developer numbers as the leading app platforms. The client wanted to know how competitors were attracting developers and how successful they were.
What we did:
R2G executed a global market research of competitor’s app store and developer marketing activities. R2g developed an app store key performance monitoring to measure success of proposed activities. The monitoring has been executed for 6 months. Based on the results of the monitoring the client optimizes their app developer program and increased significantly the number of apps that have been developed for the app platform.
