One of the leading global mobile operators wanted to define their mHealth app strategy. The company has been approached by a multitude of mHealth start-ups requesting partnership in the past but had no evaluation framework or strategy to deal with the requests.
What we did:
We analyzed mHealth activities of leading mobile operators, conducted a detailed mHealth market sizing and best practice analysis for selected countries and defined potential organizational options to manage partnerships. The project specified financial resources needed to enter the market. The project created a team structure and development plan of the staff needed to manage the projected growth of activities and partnerships.
