App Strategy Workshop Series for Global Pharma Company

Project background:

A German subsidiary of a global pharma company wanted to challenge their mHealth activities. They have launched a first set of apps with limited success and planned to launch 4 new apps.

What we did:

R2g conducted a series of interviews and secondary research to capture current projects and competencies. R2g proposed and described a set of potential mHealth market roles the client could focus on evaluated against their key assets and strengths. The project was structured around a series of 4 workshops to help the management team to understand current market potential, market requirements, owns market position and strategic options for the future. As a result of the workshop series current app initiatives have been redesigned. The mHealth data provider role, as one of the proposed strategic options, has been selected for further investigation.
