App Marketing Strategy for a Global Pharma Company

Project background:

A global operating pharma company has launched a set of medical apps with limited success. They wanted to find out how to best market medical apps globally and within selected pilot countries to get more downloads and users.

What we did:

R2G did a comprehensive analysis of successful app launches of apps from the health & fitness and medical category globally. Based on the results of the best practice analysis a detailed launch plan for a medical apps has been created which listed best performing channels and activities during pre-launch, launch and post launch phases. The analysis was supported by a cost-effectiveness evaluation of proposed app marketing channels.
