A leading pharma company wanted to develop launch target CPIs for a global and pilot country launch of their mHealth app solution. The company has invested in the development of a medical app and gained little initial downloads in the first test country.
What we did:
R2g produced a CPIs based launch plan for the pilot countries as well as for the global practices. the plan was based on the performance of competitor apps and a best practise analysis of the marketing activities of the best performing apps. The project also defined strategies to expand the potential reach of the app by target group and functionality group expansion increasing the addressable market of the app by factor 8.
